Parish Poll

A request was made by a small group of parishioners to hold a poll on the leadership of the Parish Council at the last parish council meeting. CPC sought advice from the Monitoring Officer at Uttlesford District Council. The MO advised that due process had not been followed and that the request for a poll was invalid. The MO’s letter is published herewith.
