RESOLUTION: That Chrishall Parish Council herewith minutes the approval of the July bank reconciliation sent to all Councillors by email in advance of the meeting
c) Audit: PKF Littlejohn External Audit report:
in our opinion the information in Sections 1 and 2 of the AGAR is in accordance with Proper Practices and no other matters have come to our attention giving cause for concern that relevant legislation and regulatory requirements have not been met. Section 1, Box 9 and Section 2 Boxes 11a of the AGAR have not been accurately completed.
We have been able to confirm the authority is not a sole managing trustee and the responses should be ‘N/A’ and ‘No’ respectively.
RESOLUTION: That Chrishall Parish Council herewith accepts the findings of the external auditor, PKF Littlejohn, and will ensure the documentation is correctly completed going forward.
