Do you enjoy reading? Could you spare a few hours a week to support our small community-run library in Chrishall? The founders of our library, Barbara Smith and Carol Blackeby, are taking well-deserved retirement having been the driving force in the setting up of the library. Joining our volunteer team is a great way to meet new people and to enjoy a peaceful couple of hours with your own book while helping visitors to find a book they might like. We are particularly keen to speak to volunteers willing to oversee the rota of volunteers and anyone with suggestions on how the library can evolve and continue to offer a service that will appeal to the community in the coming years.
